There are limits.
You can receive up to 1 internship offer and 2 full-time (FTE) offers. Only one summer internship PPO is available; it counts toward the FTE limit, not the internship limit.

Tiers apply to full-time offers. Internships do not have a tier.

You can receive up to 1 internship offer and 2 full-time (FTE) offers. Only one summer internship PPO is available; it counts toward the FTE limit, not the internship limit.
Accepting an FTE ends your eligibility for more FTE offers. If your internship offer is still unused, you may still sit for an internship-only offer.
Tiers apply only to FTE offers; T1 is highest. While in the FTE pool, you can pursue higher-tier FTE offers. An unused internship offer may still be available. A combined offer needs a higher FTE tier and an unused internship.
Each example is a separate situation. Here’s how the rules work in practice.
Remaining quota: 1 FTE offer; no internship offer. Your only next offer can be FTE-only in T1. That would be your second FTE offer and close your FTE pool.
Remaining quota: 1 FTE offer and 1 internship offer. There is no higher FTE tier, so only an internship-only offer is eligible. The unused FTE slot cannot be used at T1 again.
Remaining quota: 2 FTE offers; no internship offers. With no FTE offer yet, you can pursue FTE-only offers in T1, T2, or T3. Any PPO counts as one of those FTE offers.
Remaining quota: 1 FTE offer and 1 internship offer. Choose one next step: T1 FTE-only; internship-only (leaving the FTE slot for a later T1 offer); or T1 FTE + internship (using both remaining offers).
Remaining quota: 1 FTE offer and 1 internship offer. The single PPO counts as FTE offer 1, not an internship offer. Choose T1 FTE-only; internship-only (leaving the FTE slot for later); or T1 FTE + internship (using both remaining offers).
After rejecting a T2 summer internship PPO as your first FTE offer, one eligible higher-tier FTE-only offer may follow. That uses FTE offer 2 of 2, so you leave the FTE pool either way. Your internship offer remains available if you have not received one.
The PPO uses 1 of 2 FTE offers and does not use the internship offer. Accepting it closes your FTE pool, but you can still sit for one internship-only offer if you have not received one.
Remaining quota: 1 FTE offer and 1 internship offer. Choose one eligible path:

An offer can be internship-only, FTE-only, or internship + FTE. Tiers apply only to the FTE part: T1 is highest, followed by T2 and T3. An internship offer has no tier.
You may receive at most one internship offer and two FTE offers. A combined offer counts as one offer of each type. Only one summer internship PPO is available; it counts as an FTE offer, not an internship offer.
Accepting any FTE offer closes your FTE candidate pool. If the internship offer is still unused, you may still sit for an internship-only offer. To remain eligible for a second FTE offer, reject the first. Once a second FTE offer arrives, your FTE pool closes whether you accept or reject it; an unused internship offer may remain available.
Receiving an offer uses the type or types included in it, whether or not you accept the FTE. An internship offer can be used once and has no tier. If you reject your first FTE and remain in the FTE pool, you may pursue FTE offers at a higher tier. If your internship opportunity is unused, you may also pursue an internship-only offer. A combined offer is eligible when it includes a higher-tier FTE and your internship opportunity is unused. Treat these as alternative next offers and recount the remaining quotas after each one: the second FTE offer closes the FTE pool regardless of your decision, while an unused internship-only offer may still be available.
